Who we are

Workingname Solutions (“Workingname Solutions,” “we,” “us”) operates the website workingname.io and provides fractional operations and diagnostic consulting services. The business is operated by Rick Deitemeyer in Los Angeles, California.

For any privacy question or request, contact rick@workingname.io.

Categories of personal information we collect

  • Identifiers. Name, email address, and company name (optional) that you submit through the contact form, plus IP address.
  • Commercial information. The description of the problem or engagement you submit in your inquiry, and related correspondence.
  • Internet or other network activity. Browser and device information and request logs generated automatically by our hosting providers, including pages requested, timestamps, and referring URLs.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, government identifiers, biometric data, precise geolocation, or payment card data through this website.

Sources of personal information

  • Directly from you, when you complete a form or email us.
  • Automatically from your device and browser when you load the site.
  • From our hosting and infrastructure providers, through standard server logs.

Business purposes for which we use personal information

  • To read, evaluate, and respond to your inquiry and to carry out any engagement.
  • To operate, maintain, debug, and secure the website and detect abuse or fraud.
  • To keep business records and to comply with legal and tax obligations.
  • To honor privacy requests, including opt-out requests.

Service providers and third parties

We disclose personal information only to service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, for the business purposes described above:

  • Lovable (and its infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare) — website hosting, delivery, and request logging.
  • Our managed database provider — storage of contact form submissions and privacy opt-out records submitted through the site.

Web fonts are self-hosted on this site. We do not load fonts from the Google Fonts CDN.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months. This site runs no advertising pixels, no analytics tags, no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, and no LinkedIn Insight Tag. The site contains an ordinary outbound link to a LinkedIn profile; following that link takes you to LinkedIn, where LinkedIn’s own privacy practices apply.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed.
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Although we do not sell or share personal information, you may still submit an opt-out request and we will honor it going forward.
  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, to the extent we ever collect it.
  • Non-discrimination. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.

How to exercise your rights

Email rick@workingname.io with the request you would like to make, or submit the form at Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

We verify requests by matching the email address you use against the personal information in our records, and may ask one or two additional questions to reasonably confirm your identity. We do not use verification information for any other purpose. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission, which we may ask to confirm directly with you. We respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need an extension.

Retention

We keep inquiry submissions only as long as needed for the purpose they were submitted and for our business and legal records — generally no more than 24 months after our last contact, unless an engagement or legal obligation requires longer. Privacy opt-out records are retained for as long as needed to keep honoring the opt-out. Hosting logs are retained on our providers’ standard short-term schedules.

Children’s privacy

This site is directed to business owners and operators. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
